Randolph County Farmers MarketThe Randolph County Farmers Market is run by the Randolph County Small Farmers Association, a non-profit that exists to help small farmers in Randolph County, Arkansas, to have an outlet for their produce, share resources and farm education, and connect with local eaters for improved food security.
Our growers are spray-free, and there is no re-sell at our market--everything was grown by the vendors. All of the crafts and baked goods at our market are made by local individuals. Fruits and vegetables vary by season, but there's always something yummy to eat. The market/pick-up is held in the Orscheln Farm & Home parking lot in Pocahontas, Arkansas, near the intersection of Park Street and Hwy 62. Hours are May - September/October Saturdays: 9 am-noon Tuesdays: 4-6pm Subject to change for holidays, excessive heat, or rain. Vendors at the Randolph County Farmers Market agree to follow the guidelines and regulations from the Arkansas Department of Health. Vendors are responsible for getting their own permits, and must file a copy with the Secretary or Treasurer of the Randolph County Small Farmers Association. For those who want to sell home-made foods, the cottage food laws changed in 2021. You can read a summary from the Extension service.
